LD-Rosの先祖は、国王に貸し付けていた。王国はもとより王の所有であり、国内の民は王の所有物のひとつであった。 国王相手の金貸しは、国王を破産させて王家だけでなく、王国までも乗っ取った。
しかるに、国民主権の立憲主義国家、いわゆる「国民国家」では、王に直接貸し付けるようにはいかない。
そこで、各国に中央銀行なるものを設置して、そこが紙幣の発行権をもつとともに、政府には、中央銀行から紙幣のもとになる「マネー」を、国家運営資金として借り受けるカタチをとらせることにより、「国民国家」の権力中枢である「政府」に対して債権者の立場にたつ、というスタイルを採ることにした。
このことによって、政府すなわち国民国家を破綻させることができるような仕組みになった。そしてこの結果として、国民国家が破綻（デフォルト）すれば、対国家金貸し等は、国民国家の主権者である「国民」に対して、債務履行を迫ることができる、と考えるわけである。
言い換えれば、各国の中央銀行は、このために送りこまれた「国民国家」の刺客であるのが、その「真の顔」である。
結果、「債権者」に深く関与した国際通貨基金（IMF）が乗りこんできて、当該デフォルト国家に対して、「破綻」からの「復興」措置を事細かに指示するわけである。かくして、国民の多くは貧窮生活しいられることになり、この情況の作出によって、IMF の立役者でもあるLD-Rosはその国家や国民を事実上「支配」するのである。
しかし、これはまだソフトな「国家デフォルト対応策」であって、もっとハードランディングな「デフォルト」の途をたどらせる場合もある。
その場合にあっては。本性は常にあちらLD-Ros側にある政府自らの決定により、突然の預金封鎖により全国民の資金移動を不可能にした上で、間髪を入れず激しいデノミネーションを基礎とした「新円切替」を実行し、実質的に、市中に出回っている紙幣・硬貨の価値を大幅に下げる。そして、この情況の作出により、もっぱら中央銀行の外資系株主を筆頭とした買い占め部隊が、当該破綻国の資産価値をあるものを二束三文で買い占めやすいようにお膳立てするのである。
かくして、国民の大多数はその日の生活もままならないほどの貧乏人となり、LD- Rosサイドはその国家や国民を実質的に自らの国家として「完全支配」するのである。
